Have you ever felt like something inside you needs attention — but you can’t quite explain what it is?
You’re not in crisis.
You’re not “fine” either.
You don’t need advice, solutions, or another thing to work on.
What you’re really looking for is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
That’s often when people find their way to healing circles.
Not because they know what they need — but because they know they don’t want to hold it alone anymore.
What Are Healing Circles?
Healing circles are gently facilitated group spaces where people come together to sit, reflect, share, or simply listen — without pressure to fix, explain, or perform their healing.
They are not therapy sessions.
They are not workshops with outcomes to achieve.
Healing circles are spaces of presence, witnessing, and shared humanity — where silence is allowed, emotions don’t need to be justified, and you don’t have to have the “right words.”
Sometimes you speak.
Sometimes you don’t.
Both are welcome.
When Do People Usually Reach Out?
People are often drawn to healing circles during moments that don’t fit neatly into labels.
When they feel emotionally tired but can’t name why.
When they’re carrying grief, transitions, or unspoken losses.
When they feel disconnected — even while surrounded by people.
When they want support, but not analysis.
Care, but not fixing.
Healing circles meet people in that in-between space — where something matters, but doesn’t yet have language.
It’s not about having a story. It’s about having a place to land.
How Do Healing Circles Help?
Much of what we carry becomes heavier because we carry it alone.
In healing circles, something shifts simply through being witnessed — without interruption, advice, or judgement. The nervous system softens when it realises it doesn’t have to defend or explain itself.
Listening to others often brings unexpected relief too.
You realise you’re not strange for feeling this way.
Not broken.
Not behind.
Healing happens quietly — through presence, resonance, and shared safety.
How Our Healing Circles Work
At Twashtri, healing circles are held once every month, each time around a different theme — such as grief, forgotten dreams, letting go, rest, or emotional fatigue.
Each circle is gently facilitated, with simple prompts and a lot of spaciousness. There is no pressure to participate in any particular way. You are free to share, listen, or sit in silence.
The focus is not on outcomes.
It’s on experience.
What it feels like to be held in a safe, intentional space.
More Than a Session — A Community
At the heart of our healing circles is something deeper than technique or structure.
We believe healing is relational.
That people heal not just through insight, but through connection.
That community itself can be reparative.
Our circles are built slowly, thoughtfully, and with care — honouring the truth that healing doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic to be real.
Sometimes, being together is enough.
