How do I know which service is right for me?

During your initial consultation, our professionals will help assess your needs and recommend the most suitable treatment approach. You can also schedule a brief call to discuss which service might be most helpful

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session focuses on understanding your concerns, gathering relevant history, and discussing your goals. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs

Are your services confidential?

Yes, we maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics and legal requirements. Your privacy and trust are paramount to us.

How often will I need to come for sessions?

Session frequency varies based on individual needs and treatment plans. Initially, weekly sessions are common, but this can be adjusted based on your progress and goals

What is your cancellation policy?

If an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, or if the client fails to show up within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment, it will be considered a cancellation without refund. If a cancellation is made 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, it will be considered as a cancellation partially refundable. If a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, it will be considered as a cancellation fully refundable. Cancellations for sessions booked under Counselling Session Packages are non-refundable. Cancellations made from the side of the Center due to unforeseen reasons are fully refundable and eligible for rescheduling without any charges.

If an appointment is to be rescheduled, it must be done 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so, last minute rescheduling will result in the session being considered as a cancellation without refund.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Bookings are made 1 day before the appointment is to be scheduled. We only take bookings in advance and do not take walk-in appointments. Appointments can be booked via our website or by calling the center. Bookings are confirmed after the payment for the appointment is made. Kindly show up for your sessions 5-10 mins earlier; this helps us maintain the schedule smoothly.

What should I do in a mental health crisis?

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call emergency services or visit the nearest hospital. For non-urgent crises, contact our office, and we’ll guide you to appropriate resources.
